Oneword: SidewalkSidewalks are meant to be walked on barefoot. Trodden on with damp feet in the early spring moon light. Chilly to the touch, earthy to the nose. Perfection in nature. In the dead winter, I find myself catching the scent of spring more and more often. Post spring / pre-spring depression onset by the lack of greenery? Who knows?
